Error Qoala_T_A_model_based_github

I ran the Stats2Table script (Windows) and then ran the Qoala_T_A_model_based_github, and I get this error:

Error in parse(text = x, srcfile = src): :65:1: unexpected symbol

I found the mistakes,the dateset generated by the Stats2Table.R have 186 variables,but by the Stats2Table_fs7.R have185 variables.I get the results map when I use the latter code.

Yes, all the columns are need for the model to run. I would check why this is not extracted with Stats2Table_fs7.R. Is this variable in your subjects aseg file? cat $SUBJECTS_DIR/sub_1/stats/aseg.stats You could adjust the rownumbers in the Stats2Table_fs7.R if they are not included. #34 aseg_meta <- readLines("./stats/aseg.stats", n=35)[15:34] #Edited for fs7.0.0 from line 15 iso line 14 Let me know if that worked.
