JSON family of instruction has JSON/NUMBER? but it will be much harder to figure out what kind of number is it.

Proposed solution 1: introduce STRING/[U]INT? and STRING/FLOAT? instructions
Proposed solution 2: introduce JSON/[U]INT? and JSON/FLOAT? instructions
