Default settings for adding indexers filters

Not a problem exactly but a UI improvement.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be quite helpful if there was a way to set default Protocol, Language, and Privacy options in the Add Indexer dialog. This would reduce the menu manipulation required in my workflow significantly, since I only add certain types of indexers (English language and so on).

Describe alternatives you've considered

An alternative approach would be for Prowlarr to remember the last filter selected in the Add Indexer window. For example if I filter for en-US and Public, Prowlarr could automatically populate those selections the next time I open the dialog.
