[WARRIOR/SPELL/TALENT] Bladestorm

Current behaviour:

Bladestorm is partially working. However while in Bladestorm, no spells can be cast.

Expected behaviour:

As the tooltip states, while in Bladestorm, you should be able to use "Shout abilities". The list of which abilities should be allowed to be used, might be in the DBC or something. The spells I know should be able to be cast while in Bladestorm is:

• Battle Shout
• Commanding Shout
• Rallying Cry
• Enraged Regeneration
• Berserker Rage
• Taunt
• Piercing Howl
• Staggering Shout
• Disrupting Shout

I might have missed some spell(s), I'm not 100% sure.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Make a warrior
2. Pick talent Bladestorm > Cast Bladestorm > see that while Bladestorm is active, you can't use any Shout abilities.
