Plans for new version release

Hi,

thanks to everyone involved for maintaining this great tool.

Wanted to know, are there any plans to formally release a new version of osrm-backend anytime soon?

Latest version (v5.27.1) release was more than 1 year ago.
Going by the changelog, there have been many changes since then, including a few bug fixes and new features.

I know I can build docker images myself from the latest master commit, but a formal release instills more confidence in using that specific version.
