Prism Launcher doesn't handle no storage space when writing to disk

Description of bug

There should be an error handling when the launcher can't write to disk instead of just closing/crashing

Steps to reproduce

One of the ways:

• Install enough mods
• Profit?

Suspected cause

Prism Launcher doesn't seem to handle no space left error.

This issue is unique

• I have searched the issue tracker and did not find an issue describing my bug.

This also led to another bug which is kinda odd:
The instance I was installing mods to just removed fabricmc and minecraft jars and now I can't launch it
