Can't resize "Create instance menu"

Description of bug

You can't resize the "Create instance" window, at least using top corners on GNOME.

This is an issue as the window is relatively large and prevent you from clicking the "Create instance" button for example on a laptop. The one I'm using is not that small and I still encounter issues.
