Possibility to use PAC input parameters (their values) in the report

Problem
The report lists the sha1's in the report, but not the end point for generating the report

Solution
Add -sha1 if other options used (time, tag) to the report and also the HEAD sha1

I understand this issue as if I would like to have a line in my report showing what from-to tags I used when calling PAC.
This means I need to have the PAC input parameter values available as data in the collection when populating the report.
I couldn't read in our docs if that was possible, so issue possible still relevant.

Grooming today: works today, but docs on how to do it is missing. Just an example would be fine.
