I am finding a few bugs in examples while setting up PAC. Trying to correct them as I go.

Well, it turns out I haven't really "done" them yet, as I noticed the inconsistencies that I have now reported in #106. I was in the process of changing the docs to add -- in front of from and from-latest-tag when I investigated further and found out that from is actually correct and the Usage is wrong.

I will leave those related changes to be fixed as part of #106 but I will be keeping this issue open for a few days if I find other bugs I want to correct.
