Test repo for Cinder text handling rewrite.

Relies on Freetype, Harfbuzz, and UniBreak, which need to be built using the scripts in the install directory.

Library Build Instructions

Windows

• Download and install CMake for Windows.
• Run install/install.bat using Visual Studio's command prompt
