Speakers travel expenses compensation

Some conference give a compensation to their speakers.
To simplify this process, we should allow speakers to ask for a compensation and to upload useful files like travel receipt or banking information).
The staff should be able to see compensation enquiries, the total claim amount and mark speakers as reimbursed.
