A option for the bot to check if it is Shadowbanned

Possible solution

How it would help others

No need for the bot account to be running if it is Shadowbanned. If the account get Shadowbanned it get sorted out of the rotation and get put into a separate file whit the name Shadowbanned account.

Most likely it has to be a module by itself. Not too sure if I have time for it. Sadly there isn't many developers left for this project.
