bug static noise plays nonstop

Describe the bug

i have noticed this issue on multiple versions like 1.7.10(with or without mods) too but only plays shortly at mojang logo when the game is opening,and if i record a video of the game with system native recorder the video will have that noise in the entire gameplay.

the noise plays non stop activating directional audio fixed it as i found out later,but the sound is even more ridiculously low almost inaudible through (without airpods atleast)

the issue seems to come from the app launcher itself,as i already tried to set to zero global volume inside the game to 0 and didnt fix
