Passive skill tree generator freeze/crash

When I have "Phase Acrobatics" as a tagged node the entire program freezes, it gives an error indicating that it can't find a proper tree then is stuck with the "initializing"

Specifically in testing, the tree generates if I have Acrobatics checked and crashes if I don't

Keystones will not be skilled automatically by the Advanced generator, that's why you have to check Acrobatics, too.

However, it should only show the warning and not crash. As I can't reproduce it (I'm getting the warning without crashing), please upload the .pbuild build file that causes the error (generator settings are also stored in the build file). You can locate it by going to File -> Open build directory.
