Test container starts in amd64 mode

On Apple M1 processors, most of test containers start with amd64 mode which according to docker might reduce the performance significantly (see screenshot). Is there any way to explicitly define the platform while starting them?

I used the sleighzy/keycloak as workaround but tbh not sure how active the repo
