Jesse said a while ago on twitter that he is taking a break from PV8, but has not abandoned it yet. But take in consideration that this project was very demanding of him, so this break may take quite some time, which is sad, but mental health is more important.

Hi, I have been really busy with work and other things so I've been taking a much-needed break from the project. I was working on a new build before stopping and it included a basic interpreter along with other improvements. I'm hoping to get back to it later in the year when things slow down a bit and I can have some free time again.

I'll leave this open so others don't file a similar ticket.
