PerkEvaluator cannot handle large timestamps #61

When working with sequences with large timestamp values (e.g. greater than 100000), there are several difficulties:

The measurement range selectors cannot handle values larger than 10000
Messages can only be added with 5 digits of precision
The playback time is reset to zero when the measurement range is changed

matthewsholden added the PerkEvaluator label
