As a modeler, I should be able to manage entryTypes separately so I can reuse entryTypes over multiple sections.

Many times, our sites have similar sections that share both layouts and content models. It's time consuming (and monotonous) to have to duplicate entryTypes and change the section information. It also makes the management of entryTypes less portable across similar projects.
