Hi,

I processed connectomes through the qsiprep 0.13.0RC1 probabilistic pipeline.
However, on opening the results, I see some discrepancies in the connectome.

  1. radius2_count is double for each subject
  2. There is no global fa (gfa) connectome (there is for deterministic tractography however)
  3. The radius2_count connectome has decimal numbers (instead of integers) for streamline count.

I am attaching an example count connectome.
Could you please let me know how to proceed? Should I use another version of qsiprep for the reconstruction and connectome estimation? If yes, which version would you recommend? I have already preprocessed 40 subjects data through v0.13.0RC1 so would like to use a compatible version in order to not have to reprocess the data.

Looking forward to your input.
Thank you

Apoorva
