Not rendering siblings when parents are unknown

When none of the parents are known, the siblings are not rendered.
To reproduce, create Brother and Sister.
Select Brother and add parents but don't specify a father or mother.
Add Sister as a sibling.
When looking at the graph for Brother, Sister is not rendered (even with All Relatives).
