added these to .gitpod.yml:
&& gem install cfn-nag
- eastman.vscode-cfn-nag@0.3.5:x01chnxmK0qoC/F6cksZpA==

but running into something like stelligent/cfn_nag#376

cfn-nag extension's CloudFormation template recognition logic should be updated similarly based on these discussions: aws-cloudformation/cfn-lint-visual-studio-code#99, aws/aws-toolkit-jetbrains#1715 (comment), https://github.com/github/super-linter/pull/231#discussion_r445708695, mwpearce/vscode-cfn-nag#6
