Cannot open existing designs downloaded from Pancakebot website

I am trying to print a pancake using an existing design downloaded from the pancakebot website. I have tried several designs. I cannot open the design once it is downloaded. They download with the pbp extension from the website. I try to open them with the Pancake Painter app, but they do not open. Can you please advise? Thank you.
