Navigation menu maximised on mobile #58

The left hand navigation menu is always maximised when loading a new page on the web.

The user is able to minimise or hide the menu but this must be done each time a new page loads.

The left hand menu should automatically hide itself on mobile and appear minimised by default when shown.
