PP-OCRv4-server-det 和 PP-OCRv4-server-rec 这两个模型有什么区别，在做选型时由于不清楚他们的区别，没法确定

det是文字检测，和目标检测一样，检测出文字框和位置
rec是文字识别，识别框里的文字是什么内容
paddleocr的全套流程是包括det和rec的
