Functions that help answer the following questions:

Are there proteins in the dataset that show a correlation between protein abundance differences and distance between samples? What are these proteins?
Are there proteins in the dataset that show greater abundance values in specific regions of the given tissue image? What are these proteins?
Could 1 and 2 be used to identify potential signature proteins for specific ROIs or regions of the tissue?
