[BUG]: Burnout start screen demo does not play

Describe the Bug

After booting Burnout you can sit on the "Press start to play" screen and a demo is supposed to load and play instead you get 1 frame of the demo and it immediately goes back to the "Press start to play" screen similar to Hot Pursuit 2 and it's demo issue of the same nature. This has been an issue since at least 2015 likely always.

Reproduction Steps

Boot the provided blockdump and wait on the press start screen for the demo to load and watch it skip back to the press start screen.

Expected Behavior

You broke my demo!?
