Why do i get this when compiling

I'm new and i dont know how to troubleshoot this, why do i keep getting this when compiling
5>c1 : fatal error C1083: Cannot open source file: 'rcheevos\src\rcheevos\condition.c': No such file or directory
5>c1 : fatal error C1083: Cannot open source file: 'rcheevos\src\rapi\rc_api_editor.c': No such file or directory
5>c1 : fatal error C1083: Cannot open source file: 'rcheevos\src\rapi\rc_api_info.c': No such file or directory
5>c1 : fatal error C1083: Cannot open source file: 'rcheevos\src\rapi\rc_api_common.c': No such file or directory
I know its missing the 3rdparty libraries but in the pcsx2 wiki it just says to compile it as is and its as easy as 1,2,3 but im just getting these errors instead.

I'm using Visual Studio 2022 too

We recommend you go to our Discord or Forums for support.

Either clone like such:
git clone git@github.com:pcsx2/pcsx2 --recursive

or do this in an existing clone:
git submodule update --init --recursive

I'm downloading the zip file

Please use a git client (or terminal) to download PCSX2 instead. The archives provided by GitHub do not contain the required submodules or .git directory, making the .zip useless.
