win10 x64(i have not checked other versions)
when the taskbar is located on the left of the screen, when a new window is opened, it appears under the taskbar, but with a width minus the width of the taskbar

@babut85, could you please provide some screenshot?
Does it happen only for new windows opened from running session or also for the first opening in fresh profile (can be emulated using --profile <path> command line parameter)?

*sorry for the delay, but we suddenly have a war here! my relatives have been living in a bomb shelter for several days now.

it happens in any case, what with the old profile, what with the fresh one.

About the issue, I'll try to debug it once my Windows toolchain will start working again.
