Right now, OUSD and OETH are only configured for english and spanish blogs.

Spanish blog example: https://www.ousd.com/es/OUSD-Agrega-Flux-Finance

We need Korean, Russian, Turkish, and Vietnamese identifiers in the URL in order for the CMs to use their blog links. This should be a small change; Nick shared the configuration here: https://github.com/OriginProtocol/ousd.com/blob/master/next.config.js

(note, this has been done for OP.com and Story.xyz)
