Please include the newly released jvm_external rules https://github.com/bazelbuild/rules_jvm_external
This would result in a cleaner BUILD and WORKSPACE files.

Thanks for informing about the new rules.
Unfortunately I cannot work on Bazel anymore, I don't have time for Java projects.
