Does it speak a suggestion directly?

I am prototyping dynamic keyboards and I would want to have <Action>Speak</Action> for SuggestionRow's cells. Is it possible?

In reality, my dad is losing the eye tracking capacity. We are swaping the commucation method already. The OptiKey will be a reference always. It have worked from 2017 up to now.

It would not be too hard to modify it to speak instead of replacing the suggestion, but I'm not sure if that is what you are trying to achieve? What is the goal here?
