Background image doesn't load on Safari #93

This is how OpenVidu Call looks after loading on Safari for Mac, version 14.0:

As you can see, it is missing the background, and possibly other UI elements or styles.

I couldn't get any relevant information from the JS console, nor the "Graphics" tab of the browser inspector.

Confirmed that this also happens, as of today, with

(not adding screen capture; it looks exactly the same than in my custom deployment)
