Related to OpenTreeMap/otm-core#2114

This is where the (newly hidden at zoom levels >= 15) bioswale point would be. It's probably the case that the invisible point is covering the polygon layer, or something.

I am not so sure. I played with this a bunch, and it looks like custom polygons in which the invisible point is not located on one of the borderpoints still have this problem.

I think it's a rendering artifact. Maybe we can fix it in the carto CSS, or maybe somehow it's a polyline and not a polygon, or maybe it needs an explicit close point.
