No units of measurement specified for "Trunk size" and "Tree height" on Add a Tree page

See red comments in above screenshot. This can be confusing to users who have large trees and first enter a circumference-at-breast-height of 4 feet, let's say.

This should be fixed in the default templates. The correct units are inches
