Cannot take multiple pictures of a single tree without saving in between

Users cannot add multiple pictures of a tree in a single workflow without first pressing 'Save.' If a user wants to add two pictures during the 'Add a Tree' process they must take the first picture, press 'Save' and then go back and Edit the record to add the second picture.
