About "unknown" in PlaceObject.cs

I just tested in game, it appears those unknown bytes are rgb values as well. It works like this:
finalColor = originalColor*placeobject.Color + placeobject.unknown
For example, they used that in cnc3 to change text color without having to know the original color.
