Is it possible to run MSFraggerAdapter as a "Quick scan" workflow? #7384

Hello

I would like to know if MSFraggerAdapter could be run with the "Quick scan" parametrization. As the documentation tool says:

Quick scan version of the Open search workflow for PTM analysis.
Compared to the full ('Open') workflow, the localization-aware open search (LOS) option is turned off;
parameter optimization is turned off. Mass range is reduced to -20 to 500 Da.
The number of missed cleavages is reduced to 1. No variable modifications are specified.
This workflow has been designed to enable quick open searches (e.g. for tutorial purposes),
for users with very slow computers, or when only a rough idea of the modification landscape is needed.

Thanks!

Hi Roger,
I have more experience with sage and I would probably configure SageAdapter to perform the search. But (!) we currently don't handle (/read in) the results of open modification searches. We have this on our todo list but I can't tell you when this will be implemented.
