With SiriusAdapter reworked to SiriusExport and AssayGeneratorMetabo adapted to these changes #7234 some follow up changes need to be done:

remove SIRIUS executables from THIRDPARTY
remove from installer scripts and cmake files
update tutorials (readthedocs)
update Workflows (DIAMetAlyzer, UmetaFlow)
