Images not published on Blogger. Again!

Hi,
times ago Open Live Writer build 0.6.3.0 had solved the annoying error got while publishing images on Blogger blog platform.
For several months worked with no issues.
Starting a couple of weeks ago every time that a post created with OLW contains some image publishing fails with this error:

Google.Apis.Requests.RequestError
Insufficient Permission: Request had insufficient authentication scopes. [403]
Errors [
Message[Insufficient Permission: Request had insufficient authentication scopes.] Location[ - ] Reason[insufficientPermissions] Domain[global]
]

That is also logged in the relative file.

There are no issue at all to log in Blogger with my account, I can retrieve posts, publish new one but only if without images.
Does anyone has some idea of this recurring error?
