Open Live Writer Org is not opening, latest update 0.6.3 cannot download

I had a problem with my 0.6.3 version, which is the only one that works. I was able to recover it from my computer by the restore point. But it is impossible to open the site openlivewriter.org that has the program. This is what happens:

This site can’t be reachedopenlivewriter.org’s server IP address could not be found.
Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
If you have a computer problem, you cannot download the app again. If you change computers, you cannot download the app. The site https://openlivewriter.com/ has the older version that does not work.

I don't know if this is okay but because I can't find an official answer here. I found a newer version I think I found it in one of the webs of the "net foundation" I hope it helps you

You have saved Open Live Writer. I downloaded the program in another computer and published a test post perfectly. It is the best version with an improvement on the other one. It does not launch OLW incessantly, only once as you need. There is no need to change Update but I still opened OLW from the older location. I can also download it in other computers. OLW was inaccessible to new users or those who had lost the program. We all have a great debt of gratitude to you and to the great work of the volunteers who developed the program especially Nick Vella recently. Many thanks again and all the best.
