I recommend the project maintainer to either include the zip in the repo, or to use an archived version, like this: https://web.archive.org/web/20220113165637/https://download.microsoft.com/download/b/5/b/b5b2e1bc-a5c7-4e78-9518-e1c59ff738d0/SystemUpdate_17559_USB.zip

It looks like the maintainers have fixed the source to point to the new URL, but please consider using an archive.org link as a fallback. Microsoft doesn't keep files or firmware online forever.
