@ColinDuquesnoy I suggest to either archive this repo (it is included as an external one for OCIDE) or update it - https://arnoldtrembley.com/GnuCOBOL.htm has 3.1 RC-1 builds available.

Note: We still see people using OCIDE, especially but not limited to Win32, so a general update to OCIDE would still be useful (maybe only tweak the preferences for newer compiler options?), if you ever find the time.
