Without passing a port number to safplusinitialise function. Safplus_amf throws the below error

Fri Sep 19 02:37:00.243 2014 [clIocNeighComps.c:261](.4911.4911 : .STATUS.GET:00157 : ERROR) Error : Invalid Address [node 0x1 : port 0x132f] passed.
