Peak detection usually leads to peaks with more than 100 mass traces. This is fine, but may become a problem for targeted search using the Template Peak Detector. #57 opened the opportunity to use an arbitrary number of m/z values to gain more comprehensive scans.

I request a Peak Filter to reduce the number of mass traces in the Scan Table based on the sum of Intensity [%].
The sum of Intensity [%] does not exist for now, but would provides an objecitve information on the comprehensiveness of a scan. Using 99 % as theshold for the sum of intensity [%], mass traces could be reduced to a reasonable number, still representing the peak/scan very well.
