Verwijderen van call naar adresmatch endpoint #245

De v1 endpoints worden eind maart uitgezet:

Wij gebruiken quasi overal v2, In #185 werd echter een uitzondering voor adresmatch voorzien, voor dat endpoint bleven we op v1. Dat was omdat de v2 versie niet beschikbaar was toen.
De v2 versie is nu wel beschikbaar:

We zouden nu kunnen upgraden maar we gebruiken deze call nergens, dus misschien is het beter omdat dit te verwijderen?

Het wordt los van de client wel gebruikt in https://github.com/OnroerendErfgoed/bredero_daemon/blob/master/bredero_daemon/gis_exporter.py#L94
