We need to add a section about know issues and write about https://www.autohotkey.com/boards/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=125016&sid=6a62b0345d22049b152c2a5b88b064e9

My 2¢ :

  • the main README.rst should be focused on installing and using {w,x,}kalamine
  • each output should have a dedicated docs/[type].md for advanced users and developers

A docs/ahk.md file would be good to have for various topics :

  • hotstring limitations with KbdEdit/MSKLC drivers, indeed ;
  • performance/stability issues we met with AHK 2.0
  • script snippets e.g. mod-tap on CapsLock

Sad to see your PR is still pending. :-(
This ahk.md file could also mention alternatives like ReNeo.
