Cannnot create web wallet, alternative wallets only show an empty repository, is omni still running?

I am unable to download the enetire bitcoin blockchain but would like to create an omni wallet, is this still possible? The web wallet that is online has a broken captcha so that you cannot create a wallet, and I could not find any other way to use omni. The NodeJS wallet, web wallet 2.0 and the OmniMask wallet all show empty placeholder folders on github.

Any suggestions would be welcome I spent a couple of days trying to figure it out but could not find a way to create a wallet.
