Use omegaconf DictConfig object for storing and managing configurations. Update preprocessing pipelines construction with config parsing.

  1. Data selection
  2. Preprocessing pipelines
  3. Model params and pipelines
  4. Eval pipelines
  5. (Additional) Results report generation
