Requests showing incorrect/different time than host machine

Summary

Issue:

When a user makes a request to Ombi, the requested time appears as a different time than what is reflected on the machine.

Additional Details:

This is reproducible with a test user as shown in screenshots.
Confirmed time set on machine was correct.
Confirmed time zone was set correct.

I can confirm that this also happens on Docker, even with the TZ variable set for America/New_York for example. Placed a request and it's showing I requested it about 4 hours in the future.

Third image is current time. The server host is also on this same time.
