Deleted processing requests still show as submitted

Summary

When a show is requested and its in the processing stage. when you delete the request it is removed from the system. However when you go to re-request the same show for the same season that was just deleted. It wont let you. Gives back an error saying the request is already made.

Seems to be a gap in the removal of the record and the actually ability to re-request. Maybe the delete request really needs a new stage "Pending Delete" ?

There's a few places that could be triggering this.

1. It's in your DVR app e.g. Radarr
2. If it's been deleted from the DVR app, Ombi might still have it in it's cache (Go to Radarr settings and force re-sync)
